Shipping and returns
Your shipping packaging
Parcels are normally delivered 2 days after receipt of payment with Hermes or DHL with order tracking option and delivery without signature. If you prefer to receive a DHL shipment by registered mail, there will be an additional cost. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery. We will send you an order tracking link no matter what delivery method you choose.
The shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as the postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to combine several articles within an order. We cannot combine two different orders and shipping costs will be calculated separately for each order. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care will be taken for fragile goods.
The shipping boxes are wide and your goods are packed well protected.
Your withdrawal
You can revoke your contract declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter or e-mail) or - if the item is left to you before the deadline - by returning the item.
The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery), and not before we have fulfilled our information obligations in accordance with § 312c Paragraph 1 Clause 1 BGB in Connection with § 3 BGB-InfoV.
The timely dispatch of the cancellation or the item is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline.
